Our Founders: Stephen & Lori Ward

Stephen and Lori Ward have spent their lives serving the local church and carrying a passion to see people encounter the transforming presence of Jesus. Stephen and Lori began leading worship full time at the age of 17, and now, more than 30 years later, their journey has grown from worship ministry into a broader assignment of revival, leadership, discipleship, and equipping the Church.

Together, Stephen and Lori are the founders and leaders of The Living Room Movement, launched in 2017 with a simple desire to create space for people to encounter Jesus and learn to live a presence-led life. Through Come Alive revival nights, gatherings, teaching, worship, mentoring, and leadership development, they travel from city to city helping strengthen churches, leaders, worshipers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and families to carry the life and presence of Jesus into every area of culture.

At the heart of their ministry is a conviction that revival is more than a meeting—it is a way of life. Their desire is to see people awakened to their union with Christ, families transformed, leaders strengthened, local churches encouraged, and communities changed by the reality of the Gospel.

Stephen and Lori have been married for 28 years and are the parents of Isabella, Elisha, and Josiah. Together, they continue to build, travel, teach, worship, and serve with one mission at heart: to see the world changed, one Living Room at a time.
